The World Bank (WB) in cooperation with the International Financial Corporation (IFC) has prepared the report on small and medium business. The "Dоing Business -2010" research analyzes 183 economic systems of the world in order to define the terms and conditions for doing business there. Such parameters as the efficiency of reforms undertaken in areas of monetary and fiscal policies ensuring the improvement of environment for doing business, the freedom of mass media, corruption, and the crime rate, and the stage of the financial market development are analyzed in the report. Singapore, New Zealand,and Hong Kong are traditionally ranked as the states with the best conditions for doing business.
