To prepare for the commencement of the new Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong, on 3 March 2014, the Companies Registry has issued four External Circulars and four Guidelines today. The Guidelines shall be effective upon the commencement of the new Ordinance on 3 March 2014.
